Why Choose C-one? Frequently Asked Questions

Does merino wool feel itchy? I’m concerned about skin comfort.

C-one T-shirts are made exclusively from carefully selected Super 100’s merino wool. Compared to ordinary wool, the fibers are extremely fine, creating a smooth, cashmere-like softness.

The typical itchiness associated with wool is minimal, and even those with sensitive skin often find it comfortable to wear. Please note, however, that individual sensitivity may vary.

Can I wash it at home?

Yes, our garments are easy to care for at home. When using a washing machine, we recommend selecting a “wool” or “delicate” cycle and placing the item in a laundry net. Please use a neutral detergent and avoid using a dryer. After washing, reshape the garment and lay it flat to dry.

Is it durable enough for long-term wear?

C-one T-shirts are designed not only for beauty, but for lasting wear. In addition to the natural elasticity of Super 100’s merino wool, our garments are carefully sewn by skilled Japanese craftsmen, resulting in a refined finish that resists losing its shape. With proper care, you can enjoy long-lasting comfort for many years.

Why are your products reasonably priced despite their high quality?

Our goal is to deliver the finest Super 100’s merino wool and Japanese craftsmanship to as many people as possible. By adopting a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model, we eliminate unnecessary costs by cutting out intermediaries. This allows us to offer honest pricing while delivering genuine quality directly to our customers.
