Refund policy

Customers residing outside the EU: Within 7 days of receiving the item. (Returns are accepted even after opening, provided the item has not been washed.)
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to customer reasons shall be borne by the customer.
If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs and exchange it for a non-defective item.

 

Customers residing in the EU: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, a 14-day return policy applies. This means that you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us before requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
