About Our Products
C-one T-shirts are made exclusively from carefully selected Super100’s merino wool.
Compared to ordinary wool, the fiber diameter is extremely fine, resulting in a smooth, cashmere-like feel.
Most customers, including those with sensitive skin, find our products very comfortable.
Please note, however, that comfort may vary from person to person.
Yes, our products can be easily cared for at home. When using a washing machine, please select a “Wool” or “Hand Wash” cycle and use a mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry net. Avoid tumble drying. Reshape the garment and dry it in the shade.
Our merino wool products use high-quality yarn, making them less prone to pilling compared to standard wool items.
However, pilling may still occur due to friction. If pills appear, please do not pull them off—gently trim them with
scissors to maintain the garment’s condition.
Yes. Merino wool has excellent moisture absorption and temperature-regulating properties, making it comfortable throughout
the year.
It keeps you cool in summer by absorbing and releasing sweat, and warm in winter by retaining heat.
We also offer short-sleeve items suitable for warmer seasons.
When properly cared for, our products will not shrink significantly.
Due to the natural properties of wool, minor shrinkage may occur. For this reason, we design our garments with slightly longer
lengths. Please follow the care instructions included with the product.
We recommend comparing with a similar garment you already own using flat measurements.
Please refer to the size chart below and measure your item on a flat surface for the most accurate fit.

We strive to present product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or lighting conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
About Orders
On each product page, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. For custom-made items, changes or cancellations are not possible after production begins.
Yes, gift wrapping is available. Please select the gift wrapping option during checkout.

Shipping time depends on the payment method.
• Credit Card / Paidy:
Ships within 3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Convenience Store Payment / Bank Transfer:
Ships within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons, shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
- Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping is free nationwide within Japan.
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Additional shipping fees apply. Please contact us in advance for details.
We currently do not offer delivery date or time selection.
Please check the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for delivery status.
After your order ships, you can track it using the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email.

We do not issue official receipts.

Returns & Exchanges
While we take great care with quality control, if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Return Request Form. We will assist you promptly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Currently, C-one operates exclusively online and does not have a physical store.
