How to Place an Order
Please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, review the contents, and proceed with the checkout process.
*Please note that adding items to your cart does not reserve the products.

Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. Please enter your card number and expiration date when making a payment.
Payment Options:
One-time payment only.
Please review and comply with the terms and conditions issued by your credit card company.
In the event of a return, the payment may first be charged to your account and then refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Convenience Store Payment
A payment handling fee is charged for convenience store payments and must be borne by the customer.
The total amount payable at the store will be the product price plus a processing fee of 190 JPY.

Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 days after payment confirmation or order completion.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email.
If there is any delay in delivery, we will contact you separately.
Delivery may take additional time for remote areas or islands.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (items may be opened but must be unwashed).
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping costs and replace it with a non-defective product.
