How to Order
Ordering from the C-one online store is quick and easy.
- Add to Cart: Select the quantity on the product page and click “Add to Cart.”
- Review Cart: Check your items in the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter Customer Information: Fill in your name, address, and contact details. Members can log in to skip this step.
- Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment option.
- Confirm Order: Review your order details and click “Pay Now.”
- Order Complete: A confirmation email will be sent automatically after your order is placed.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available at the C-one online store.
- Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club are accepted.
- One-time payment only.
You can pay in advance at major convenience stores across Japan. A payment number will be issued after your order is completed.
- Available stores: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart
- A handling fee of 190 JPY applies.
Paidy allows you to shop using only your email address and mobile phone number—no credit card required.
- Monthly payments can be made by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Bank transfer (advance payment) is also available. Orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
- Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 business days.

Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a clear return and exchange policy for your peace of mind.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

- We will process your return after inspection.
